- Planning and supervising the operation of equipment and machinery
- Follow and direct equipment, machines and trucks
- Follow up on cars and trucks and the movement and operation of equipment using functional systems, tracking vehicles and ensuring the efficiency of operation and the absence of violations.
- Follow up, monitor and approve contracts
- Scheduling maintenance and repair of equipment vehicles and machinery and reporting emergency maintenance
- Research and submit a proposal for external leasing and revenue generation
- Conduct regular safety audits on trucks, equipment and machinery
- Organizing training courses for workers, such as the proper use and handling of machines
- Maintain organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport legislation
- Supervising the application of occupational safety rules and regulations
- Planning and conducting a feasibility study with a specific time plan to analyze all observations on equipment and machines and create solutions for them, while clarifying the elements of the challenges
- Reviewing rental contracts and equipment costs and expressing opinions and comments
- Participate in selecting drivers for all equipment and trucks in coordination with human resources
- Providing external equipment if the company does not have it
- Permanent coordination with other sectors of the company
- Submitting a list of any violations, whether by employees or equipment, that may occur, God forbid, on a weekly basis to the direct manager
- Preparing and tracking orders
