- Manage, design, develop and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)
- Conducting technical and feasibility studies and developing plans that meet technical specifications
- Assess potential risks and determine materials and costs
- Providing advice and appropriate solutions to building and construction problems
- Supervising employees and communicating with various administrative positions
- Preparing periodic reports on the project status
- Managing the budget and purchasing the required equipment and materials
- Follow up on building and safety permits and supervise the implementation of all conditions
