• Support all inquiries or requests related to internal and external human resources
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
• Serves as a point of contact with vendors and administrators
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
• Maintaining calendars of the Human Resources Management team
• Supervising the completion of compensation and benefits documents
• Assist with performance management procedures
• Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintaining agendas
• Coordinating training courses and seminars
• Implement directives and update records of new employees
• Producing and submitting reports on general human resources activity
• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
She previously worked in human resources
Very well acquainted with the Saudi labor system
Familiar with the following platforms: Qiwa platform, Madad platform, Muqeem platform, Absher platform and the Social Insurance Corporation, Masar platform, Marne platform, remote work platform.
