- Supervising rented properties by collecting rents and marketing vacant ones
- Conducting inspection tours of all construction sites and real estate belonging to the organization
- Follow up on maintenance and cleaning contracts with the specialized companies contracted with for each property
- Supervising the repair of tenants’ comments and achieving their satisfaction
- Follow up on preventive maintenance work for each property, including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, elevators, and all architectural works such as repairs, painting, and restoration.
- Following up on emergency maintenance work for all properties while providing specialists with the best prices and high quality. This includes all electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air conditioning and elevator works, in addition to architectural works such as painting, construction, removal and restoration to address the effects of leakage, fire or otherwise.
- Writing daily notes about each site
- Reviewing tenants’ problems, recording them, and proposing solutions to them
- Follow up on paperwork and save transactions in its file
- Review data on late payments and vacant units
- Collecting information and entering it into the reporting table (daily, weekly, monthly)
- An inventory of the units that were evacuated and a copy of the receipt and handover records sent to the administration
- Preparing a report on contractors’ performance
- Preparing data on work related to maintenance and security
- Preparing comprehensive reports on the property being supervised, including several data on tenants, vacant units, renewed and non-renewed contracts, and data on collected rents.
- Increasing real estate financial returns by occupying vacant units and reducing costs
- Carrying out any task assigned by the Director of the Real Estate Investment Department
Requirements:
Bachelor's
Experience in facilities management
At least two years of experience
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
