Job description:
• Finalizing and following up on all government transactions submitted to the relevant ministries such as the Labor Office, Passports, Interior, Municipality, Tourism, etc.
• Ending pending transactions for workers, such as transferring sponsorship, changing professions, and the like
• Implementing all administrative affairs requests in all government agencies
• Implementing all requests related to the company’s departments from government agencies
• Meeting the company’s needs, providing services, and reviewing all government departments and institutions
• Completing the follow-up work with the required speed and preparing the work required for renewal through the sites: Tamm Traffic Program - the Secretariat for Licensing sites.
• Carrying out any other work or tasks to follow up and review government agencies as required by the company’s work
Requirements:
  • Saudi
  • Bachelor's
  • Excellent English language
  • communication skills
  • Experience in the field of government business and administration
  • Experience in dealing with government agencies and bodies (Food and Drug Authority - NUPCO)
  • Experience in collection
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
