- Developing and developing detailed plans, programs and projects that will raise the quality of outputs and services, setting frameworks and standards that ensure their existence and continuity, and working to follow up on their implementation.
- Reviewing and developing systems, standards, procedures, and models for quality control and assurance in the entity, managing the process of disseminating and circulating them to organizational units, and following up on their implementation by conducting audits and quality control operations.
- Follow up on the latest developments, developments and practices in quality systems and means of confirming and ensuring conformity and adherence to the established quality procedures and standards and submitting proposals about updating the quality and auditing systems approved in the entity.
- Supervising the processes of preparing and preparing general summaries and reports regarding quality assurance and standards work, presenting them to specialized senior management, informing them of various challenges and developments, and consulting them on various important future issues and initiatives.
