Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating industrial activities in industrial facilities
Main duties and tasks:
- Scheduling production times based on workloads, staff availability, and delivery times
- Distribute tasks to workers based on schedules, employee needs and skills, overall coordination of the chain of production activities, and ensure the availability of equipment and machinery
- Monitor overall performance and investigate issues related to productivity and quality, advise employees on standard work methods and recommend changes to procedures
- Scheduling maintenance appointments for the factory’s machinery and equipment, providing assistance in this regard, and reducing downtime
- Recording employee data, production and quality data, preparing performance reports and submitting them to management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in the field of supervision
