- Supervising the operations of the company’s stores and following up on work progress on a daily basis
- Manage customer complaints and potential disputes, resolve them, and escalate when necessary
- Submit the notes in the stores to the relevant departments to be resolved
- Developing stores and working to raise the quality of services
