- Take a comprehensive look at all plans and specifications to understand product requirements
- Evaluating all raw materials before the manufacturing process, in addition to ensuring the quality of the manufactured products ready for shipment
- Reject and report all raw materials that do not meet quality standards
- Solve all quality problems
- Train the quality assurance team regarding how to prevent defects and improve the quality of products and supervise them
- Monitoring the level of customer satisfaction with the product
- Monitoring production stages at various levels
- Guide the production team when troubleshooting any errors to improve product quality
- Preparing detailed reports on inspections and sending them to the concerned department
- Providing recommendations that improve the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Adherence to the organization’s occupational safety and health standards
- Calculate and measure specifications during product development
- Identify the causes of product defects and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Industrial diploma + two years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree in quality management or equivalent + one year’s experience
