Job description:
- Create goals for the restaurant and communicate with employees to achieve goals
- Working on sales growth
- Controls (cost control, cash flow, expenses, etc.) and their impact on increasing restaurant sales
- Dealing with cash, depositing it promptly, and recording cash in an accurate and consistent manner, in full accordance with the company’s monetary policy procedures.
- Ensuring that restaurant employees respond to customer complaints to increase sales
- Follow up on the maintenance of equipment and tools in the restaurant
- Helping the management team implement new marketing programs
- Product quality movements, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure quality
- Preparing the restaurant report on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis
- Ensures that food supplies are available and the appropriate quantities of materials, supplies, and food items are ordered and stored correctly
- Supervise the creation of a fun/challenging environment, lead monthly/quarterly communications and engagement of all employees by celebrating successes, and rewarding positive performance to improve results
- Implement training processes in the restaurant for all employees and follow up to ensure accurate implementation of training standards
- Orienting and training new employees
- Supports and guides employees through training, counseling, and teaching to accomplish tasks and remove barriers to performance satisfaction
- Supervise and facilitate the development of all employees using the performance appraisal review form and other tools to enable career advancement
- Oversee the management of employee relations issues in accordance with HR policy directives and communicate with appropriate supervisors in a timely manner
- Effective communication between his direct manager and his employees
- Ensure compliance with standard procedures to 100%
- Ensure that everyone follows hygiene and safety rules
- Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
- Supervising in-store ordering and scheduling
- Full responsibility for the restaurant and government violations and fines resulting from negligence and negligence in the branch are charged to the branch supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using various computer accessories such as invoice printing devices and product code reading devices
  • Ability to manage the entire operation of the restaurant in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the company
