- Manage and control the progress in the project in order to meet all objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of the approved shop drawings as per specifications and standards.
- Get the best productivity from his team and manage all resources in order to meet the project targets.
- Establish good communication with other project departments.
Prepare all inspection and follow up with consultant's engineers all approvals of the works.
- Ensure the implementation of the company HSE plans on site.
- Develop staff labor and equipment mobilization plans and de-mobilization plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources and efficiency.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver on established detailed project plans with key milestones and deliverables.
- Report the daily progress of all activities to the project manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor in civil engineering
15+ years of working experience in construction industries
solid knowledge in construction management QA/QC management and contractual management
