• Contact potential and current customers to inform them about the product and services provided by the company
• Answering customer questions about products and services
• Understanding customer requirements
• Follow up and enter customer information and update it periodically in the company’s databases
• Handle customer requests accurately
• Dealing with customer questions and inquiries and providing appropriate solutions to maintain the company’s reputation
• Make every effort to achieve the required sales percentage and facilitate upcoming sales
• Keeping records of calls and sales and writing notes
• Submit a periodic report to the Marketing and Sales Director to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, along with a statement of the reason
Requirements:
Proficiency in dealing with various computer programs and call-making systems
Ability to communicate excellently and communicate using an appropriate tone of voice
Proficiency in dealing with rejection situations and the ability to use a tone that maintains the mental image of the company
