- Review and evaluate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Participate in contract negotiations and provide guidance on contractual matters
- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations to improve project success
- Prepare and maintain contract documents, including agreements, amendments, and change orders
- Resolve contractual problems and disputes, and seek appropriate advice and guidance when necessary
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
- Monitor and track project expenditures and budget compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
At least 3 years of experience in contract management
Strong knowledge of contract law, legal language, and industry standards
Ability to analyze and interpret complex contractual documents
