- Reviewing medical bills for contracting parties
- Recording the procedures for each employee and their families on the medical insurance program
- Initiating the necessary procedures to follow up on refunding financial amounts to the Authority’s employees and their families
- Follow up on the necessary procedures to follow up on the checks of the contracting parties and speed up their receipt
- Contributing to ensuring the implementation of the systems and rules of the medical regulations regarding (transfers - medicines - cash refunds)
- Follow up on monthly treatment and its dispensing schedule
- Follow up on receiving complaints from employees and search for solutions with management
- Opening files for medical insurance records and maintaining data for all medical entities dealt with
- Follow up on the issuance of medical cards, annual renewal, and issuing others to replace the lost ones
