Functional tasks:
- Medical and surgical treatment for ear problems, including ear infections, hearing loss, tinnitus, balance disorders, neuropathic pain, and facial nerve disorder.
- Treating congenital disorders of the inner and outer ear
- Examination of the nasal cavity and medical care for the sinuses, diagnosis and treatment of sinus allergies, nasal infections, smell disorder, and treatment of benign tumors.
- Managing the treatment of nasal congestion resulting from a deviated nasal septum, in addition to correcting and beautifying the appearance of the nose if necessary
- Dealing with diseases of the larynx and upper digestive system (esophagus), and treating swallowing and voice disorders
- Managing diseases related to the head and neck area, and treating various types of infectious diseases such as facial deformities, benign tumors, malignant cancerous tumors, and facial trauma.
- Performing plastic and reconstructive surgery in the head and neck area
- Surgery to remove adenoids or tonsils, lateral skull base surgery, cochlear implant surgery and ear grafts
- Performing otoscopy, nasal endoscopy, and nasopharynx
