- An accounts manager is required to work for a company to manage central laundries and produce detergents and soap products in the city of Riyadh
mission:
- Supervising accountants for the company’s various activities
- Managing and supervising the daily operations and tasks that take place within the company’s accounting department
- Supervising the regularity of the daily registration process and reviewing it before deportation operations
- Implementing and applying appropriate accounting methods, principles, and policies approved by management
- Supervising the preparation of the banks’ monthly settlement statements, showing the differences (if any), and preparing the necessary settlement entries
- Calculating revenues and supervising collection operations
- Assisting in the process of controlling and reducing costs to increase the company’s resources
- Follow up with procurement officials to ensure that they provide the best price offers
- Preparing all necessary monthly statements of salaries and fixed monthly expenses and transferring them to the bank after obtaining the necessary approvals in accordance with the established internal control system.
- Participate in the periodic and annual inventory process of materials and fixed assets and match them with their accounts
- Closing accounts and preparing financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Analyzing accounting data and preparing financial reports
- Continuous follow-up with the audit office regarding submitting tax returns and calculating zakat on time
- Preparing cash flow statements and subsequent cash forecasts and forecasts for the company
- Preparing periodic reports containing income statements and analysis of debts and cash flow
- Assisting management in its vision to expand the company and increase its production and revenues
Requirements:
University degree (Bachelor of Commerce / Specialization in Accounting and Auditing)
At least 10 years of experience in the field of financial accounting and internal auditing, including at least 3 years in the position of (Head of Accounts Department)
Preferably someone who has good knowledge of cost accounting
Someone with experience in cost accounting is preferred to help management determine the cost of each product to assist in the pricing process
Administrative skills and operating work teams
