- Providing the induction program for all new employees and ensuring that documents for new employees are completed and processed and registered in the relevant systems.
- Processing and coordinating the necessary procedures for obtaining expatriate visas and their logistical requirements
- Communicating with relevant parties to complete the recruitment process procedures (human resources - social insurance - medical insurance)
- Preparing and updating employment records related to recruitment, transfer, promotion and dismissal
- Address any labor relations issues, such as employment complaints and harassment allegations in accordance with company standards/procedures and Department of Labor regulations. For example (visiting government departments to follow up and submit the required documents)
- Responsible for entering employee data correctly, ensuring that it complies with the company’s internal regulations and within the time frame specified for that, and updating its follow-up records.
- Updating attendance and departure records in the company’s system, processing and managing employee warning letters, ensuring their compliance with the work system, and updating employee records related to that.
- Updating the payroll with monthly entries such as (attendance, vacations, and deductions) to complete the payroll operation process.
- Responsible for archiving activities related to human resources
- Processing employees’ end-of-service clearance processes in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and work systems, and ensuring the completion of all documents related to the end of the employees’ contractual relationship and related system updates.
- Processing and completing the procedures for the final exit visa and transfer of sponsorship for expatriates, and coordinating with the relevant parties to complete this and exclude from the company’s records, such as social insurance and medical insurance.
