Job duties:
- Open new clients via phone
- Communicate with existing customers to evaluate service levels and ensure their satisfaction
- Follow up on invoices and collections from customers
- Receiving communications for complaints and suggestions and responding to them effectively
- Follow the delivery schedule of the agents to verify service levels
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of the Arabic language
  • Good communication and expression skills
  • Ability to deal with customers tactfully and professionally
  • Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
