- Work to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information, powers, and reports derived from all operating systems or documents in the company related to the work of the administration.
- Contributing to the design and development of the costing system, while working to follow up on the outputs of the company’s sales system to provide the necessary data for the costing system
- Collecting, providing and displaying the information necessary to determine the cost of each of the company’s services
- Supervising the use and operation of established registration systems
- Preserving, organizing and classifying financial data and documents according to applicable systems and instructions
- Submitting suggestions and amendments that would contribute to tightening control over the movement of the company’s assets
- Supervising the operation and management of the electronic and document systems operating in the administration and providing suggestions on what the administration may need in the future.
- Participate in preparing estimated budgets and actual financial statements
- Preparing various administrative and accounting reports and conducting the necessary graphical, statistical, and graphing analysis
- Inter-accounting with associate companies and service providers linked to contracts or clearing agreements
Requirements:
