• Receiving and welcoming customers with a smile and a good greeting when they arrive and providing assistance to them
• Recording customer information accurately and continuously in the facility’s approved system
• Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner, and finding solutions to potential problems quickly and effectively
• Work to organize and arrange the reception area, maintain its cleanliness, and equip it with the necessary tools and materials such as paper, ink, pens, etc.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to exchange information and resolve potential problems
