• Ensure that the work is carried out according to the schedule
• Follow up on contractors, workers and stores
• Follow up on the technical office and designs
• Follow up on the implementation of the works with the highest quality in accordance with the engineering drawings, instructions of the owner and consultant, and regulated engineering codes
• Coordination between the various implementation branches (structural - architectural - electrical - mechanical)
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Reporting influences affecting the nature of work performance
• Review the inventory and make abstracts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Proficiency in inventory tables
Proficiency in workshop drawings
Proficiency in defining, formulating and implementing the work method for each item
