- Informing job applicants of all the details of the position applied for, such as rights and duties
- Strengthening and encouraging the workforce with the aim of obtaining the best results
- Solving problems that occur between employees and management
- Introducing the company’s managers to the company’s policies
- Creating, organizing, evaluating and leading training programs
- Enhancing employee performance
- Continuously updating job qualifications and job descriptions for all positions in the company
- Maintaining documents and recordings and preparing a system to retrieve old files and documents and record recent data
- Approval and signing of leaves and departures
- Monitoring government websites and implementing their requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Proficient and familiar with updates to the Saudi labor system
Proficiency in English
At least 5 years of experience in human resources management
