Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell products and services using strong arguments to existing and potential customers
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of current and potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to leads through cold calling
• Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to achieve maximum satisfaction
• Achieve agreed sales targets and results within schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze region and market potential, track sales and status reports
• Manage supplies with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keeping up to date with best practices and promotional trends
• Continuous improvement through feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related (equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing
She previously worked as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive professional business relationships
Selling, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations designed to meet audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
