Job duties:
- Organizing appointments, preparing memos, conducting correspondence, attending meetings, writing minutes, and preparing work reports
- Organizing the director’s appointments and reminding him of them, dealing with inquiries and responding to them, and delivering mail and correspondence to the director/president.
- Receiving and responding to calls and emails
- Handling confidential documents and ensuring they remain secure
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in the secretarial field
Speak English fluently
Flexibility in working hours and ability to travel (when necessary)
