- Delivering letters and parcels issued to governmental, private and relevant agencies
- Receiving transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities
- Follow up on the completion of transactions and procedures with relevant government and private agencies
- Renewing all company documents and licenses
- Follow up on the mail and bring it to the company headquarters
- Preparing papers, files and records organizing his work
- Regular follow-up of issuing and renewing municipal cards for employees
- Follow up with the Passports Department in all transactions related to companies, ministries and foreign affairs
- Follow up with the Human Resources Department on everything related to government agencies and complete coordination
- Carrying out any tasks assigned to it by the administration, such as the administrative body’s transactions with ministries, government departments, various public institutions, private sector institutions and companies, and notifying the reference of the status of the transaction and the deficiencies that must be added according to the request of the body to which the transaction is submitted, knowing the dates of its completion, referring it to other bodies, or returning it to the administrative body, as the case may be. The reviewer carries out the process of finalizing the recruitment procedures for whomever the government entity wishes to bring to work for it, obtaining exit, return and final exit visas, issuing and specifying residency for the administrative agency’s contractors, and any other work that falls under this review.
