• Achieving the sales target or career goal agreed upon with management
• Selling services to customers, whether the customers are individuals or companies, and helping them provide products and services that meet their needs and desires
• Presenting offers to customers and making calls and messages until the sale
• Follow up on all products and services provided by the company on a regular basis
• Meeting customers and discussing the product or service provided to them
• Study the product or service and prepare to answer any questions related to it
• Follow up with customers after the first contact and through the various stages until the purchase is completed
• Building long-term professional relationships with existing clients and target clients
• Providing after-sales support to customers who have completed their purchase
• Documenting sales activities, daily performance and achievements
• Documenting each client’s interests, inquiries, needs, and responses to communications and emails
• Negotiating with customers about prices and possible offers
• Carrying out all the work assigned by the direct manager that is related to the nature of the work
