Main tasks:
- Follow up on everything related to the Personnel Affairs and Human Resources Department
- Reviewing employee attendance and departure reports, vacations and permissions
- Reviewing and approving monthly salary and incentive packages
- Follow up and supervise reports on renewal of residence permits and employee contracts
- Follow up on employee problems and provide suggestions to solve them
- Follow up on internal and external recruitment processes and create job offers
- Review and prepare internal policies
- Supervising all daily operations within the Human Resources Department
- Preparing the necessary monthly reports and submitting them to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
University qualification in business administration, law, or equivalent
