- Supervising warehouses, loading and unloading materials, participating in truck loading management and finding the best delivery routes
- Work on inventory management, and maintain effective communications with transport companies, suppliers, customs brokers and others involved in the process of shipping and delivering goods.
- Scheduling shipping and deliveries, ensuring goods are shipped and delivered in a timely manner
- Supervising the transportation of goods from one location to another, arranging their receipt and delivery with shipping companies accordingly, changing defective products, and products shipped to customers by mistake.
- Handle all client requirements and support them using all possible sources
- Building relationships with vendors, shipping companies, warehouse supervisors, customs brokers, sales representatives, and customers
- Ensure that all parties work together to ensure shipments are packed, dispatched and delivered in a timely manner
- Communicate with different carriers to obtain shipping quotes and decide on the best one in terms of cost, availability and reliability
