- Manage the work site and ensure building projects are completed safely within an agreed upon time frame and budget
- Manage all construction and construction phases in cooperation with architects, surveying engineers and other construction technicians and specialists
- Planning the delivery date, supervising budgets, directing the performance of employees, and ensuring the achievement of the required interim goals
