Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with various business departments to understand, gather and document business requirements
• Monitor performance and maintain Odoo ERP system as per requirements
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Odoo ERP system issues, working directly with external service providers to resolve any issues that may arise
• Use Odoo Studio to customize the system and its features
• Establish a clear line of communication with the company regarding the system and everything related to the ERP system.
• Training and qualifying employees on how to use the system effectively
• Analyze and understand business requirements, and carry out the required documentation
• Customize system features using Odoo Studio and available tools, as per business requirements
• Document development requirements and manage development testing with external contractors
• Trains system users and performs knowledge documentation as needed
• Providing technical support or coordinating basic technical support with external contractors
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related fields
Experience from 2 - 4 years
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
