Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for Medical Secretary. The Secretary shall be responsible for performing various clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, and undertaking company secretarial work in support of the day-to-day operations.

4-Years experience
Clerical Skills: Organizing files, Writing reports, Scheduling appointments, Meeting munities, Archiving, Records management, and General office duties, Managing office supplies, etc..”
Communication: excellent written and oral communication in both English and Arabic
Diploma degree or bachelor’s degree in Medical Administration, Office Administration, or related field
Company Secretarial Work: 4-Years experience in managing compliance records, drafting legal documents, and managing corporate documentation
Executive Administrative Assistance: Ability to schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, complete essential administrative tasks and manage office supplies
Relevant experience working in an administrative role preferably in the medical field
