Responsibilities:
- Supervising the marketing and leasing of all real estate units according to prevailing market prices
- Supervising the preparation of economic feasibility studies for current real estate and existing projects
- Supervising the collection of due real estate revenues
- Working to increase the financial return of real estate by occupying vacant units and reducing costs
- Supervising the follow-up of customer complaints regarding maintenance and suggestions
- Supervising the follow-up of tenant contracts, updating their data, and preserving all papers and documents
- Supervising the preparation of organizational work policies and procedures in the departments he supervises, having them approved by the authority holder, and reviewing and updating them whenever necessary.
