- A supervisor or branch manager is required for an upscale women’s salon in Riyadh
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Operating the salon on a daily basis and following up on work progress
- Increase daily revenues through marketing to clients, selling, and strategic appointment planning
- Organizing clients’ appointments and taking into account peak times and seasons
- Good knowledge of the services provided in the salon
- Excellent proficiency in organization and resource management skills
- Dealing with customer requests and complaints
- The ability to provide various solutions to customer problems
- Follow up on product orders and ensure the availability of appropriate stock (under the supervision of the area manager)
- Making the necessary arrangements for periodic maintenance of all equipment and tools
- Ensure the cleanliness of the place and follow the municipality’s policies for salons
- Follow up on revenue and expenditure procedures and submit periodic reports
