Responsibilities:
• Work on Incident /WO/ Adhoc task for Application related issue, enhancement, releases, create & follow up Bug to development team.
• Change deployment in Pre-Prod & Prod environment
• Attend Tab and Cab meeting and coordinate with the relevant team
• Provide technical support in resolving tickets focusing on P1 & P2
• Ticket Analysis and Support Doc (run book, SOP, Server details)
• Make sure to adhere the ITSM Process.
• Problem Management, Providing RCA for PI (Reactive & Proactive)
Requirements:
DotNet Core & Framework, #C
MSQSL: Capable of writing simple to very complex queries
Knowledge of Index, DML & DDL Statement IIS Knowledge
Should have prior experience in application support or ready to work in Application support (No Code enhancement).
