Job description:
- Receiving the client and providing the required service
- Providing the customer with information related to their request
- Car rental and following all company policy systems in accordance with the rental mechanism
- Receiving cars in accordance with the company’s regulations and policies
- Follow up with the customer during the rental period in terms of extending the contract or delivering the car according to the contract expiration date
- Collecting payments or rent due from customers
Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer service
