- An operations manager is required to work at Fine Dining Restaurant in Riyadh
Responsibilities:
- Training the service staff and preparing a short-term (6 months) and long-term development plan for more than a year, explaining the facility’s goals and aspirations and the steps for development work with quality and efficiency.
- Establishing standard operating procedures to ensure optimal use of operations in an equal and homogeneous manner in the branch
- Preparing and following up operational plans
