- Reviewing plans, supervising the completion of tasks according to plans, supervising electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning work, distributing tasks to supervisors and contractors, receiving work from the contractor and handing it over to the quality department.
- Evaluating and discussing the plans with the consultant and amending them at the beginning of the project.
- Implementing plans on the ground and supervising the work mechanism on a daily basis.
- Uploading sizes to charts.
- Follow up on finishing and foundation work on a daily basis.
- Follow up on solving problems and errors and modifying plans on a daily basis.
- Distributing tasks to contractors and supervising them on a daily basis.
- Request materials and evaluate needs according to work requirements on site on a daily basis.
- Supervising electrical and plumbing works on site.
- Receiving works from contractors and testing them.
- Approving the extraction of contractors’ extracts after completing the work every two weeks.
- Handing over the work to the specialized consultant and the quality department.
- Follow up on project maintenance after delivery.
