Roles and responsibilities:
- Implementing detailed plans for all finishing works and reviewing plans submitted by interior design, landscape, facade, and furnishing designers.
- Using basic engineering programs, reading blueprints and extracting notes.
- Knowledge of secretariats and municipalities’ requirements for residential buildings and engineering projects.
- Understanding and knowing the basics of company product design and technical specifications.
- Preparing expected engineering feasibility studies before starting the project.
- Follow-up of external consulting offices for project design work.
- Follow up and understand licensing requirements (the secretariat and municipalities) in the design of residential and commercial buildings.
- Scheduling coordination between different projects.
- Follow up on interior design work and approve materials.
- Managing meetings with external engineering agencies.
- Follow up on garden and facade design work.
- Knowledge of the details of implementing all architectural elements of the company’s products and the method of installation.
- Knowledge of the specifications of materials used in implementing architectural elements.
- Confronting site and design problems and finding solutions for them, taking into account quality and costs.
- Knowing the relationships of architectural elements to each other and their relationship with the elements of other departments overlapping with them.
- Using basic engineering programs to produce executable engineering plans.
- Calculating quantities for various items in the project.
- Matching the architectural engineering plans with the plans of the rest of the departments (structural - electrical - mechanical).
- Coordination and communication with sites to activate lessons learned from implementing previous projects.
- Managing cadres in the company office, sites and remotely.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture
At least 10 years of experience
mastering English language
Proficiency in using Revit
Having work experience in an environment implementing BIM is preferred
Experience in residential, hotel, commercial and office projects
