- Fresh customer service by providing information about products and services and solving problems they may encounter
- Attract potential customers by answering their questions and inquiries
- Solve product or service problems by understanding the customer’s complaint, identifying the causes of the problem, then choosing the most appropriate and best solution, accelerating the correction and solution of the problems, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction in a professional manner
- When it is not possible to solve the problem or satisfy the customer, the case must be escalated to the supervisor
- Maintain daily records, record and document customer feedback, problems and solutions in an electronic database for review by the sales team and executive management.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction (eg: Operations, Logistics)
- Prepare reports on the product or service by collecting and analyzing customer feedback
