Functional tasks:
- Developing a strategy, regulations and procedures for financial affairs and financial planning that are appropriate to the company’s work and requirements
- Developing and monitoring the company’s budget in cooperation with all different departments and divisions
- Implementing all financial affairs management responsibilities and forming the necessary team to achieve them
- Disseminating financial procedures and work regulations and educating all employees and workers about them
- Work to form positive relationships with all financial authorities and develop the company’s relationships with them
- Implementing the management and direction of the company’s financial planning and analysis processes
- Working to manage the company’s financial liquidity and planning well to maintain the company’s performance
- Active participation in proposing and implementing various financial solutions that contribute to increasing the company’s performance and maintaining competitiveness
- Developing the company’s budget in cooperation with all different departments and divisions
- Analyzing and managing the company’s obligations and investments
- Planning, implementing and managing investment and project financing strategies
- Managing asset collection plans and capital structure
- Determine the company’s key performance indicators
- Supervising financial staff such as controllers, accountants, financial consultants and treasurers
- Submitting reports and dashboards to senior management periodically
- Representing the company before all financial authorities and escalating when needed
- Working to create a positive work environment and ensuring the development of the work team’s competencies
- Implementing any other work or requirements requested by the direct manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance
An accredited certificate in the field such as (CMA - CPA - CFA - CFP) is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in the same field of work or a similar position
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Effective communication skills
Effective use of office applications and financial analysis applications
