- Preparing the agenda for the Executive Director and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings and conferences
- Coordinating and attending meetings on behalf of the Executive Director
- Receiving phone calls and forwarding them upon request
- Dealing with outgoing and incoming correspondence and arranging them according to priorities
- Prepare and prepare travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain electronic and paper records and ensure information is organized so that it is easily accessible
- Preparing presentations and reports upon request
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in the field of secretarial and administration
