• Manage a range of accounts for long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with customers

Requirements:
Hands-on sales experience and ability to provide an excellent customer experience
Proficiency in dealing with customer relationship management (CRM) programs
Ability to use MS Office programs
Professional use of MS Excel
Ability to measure the performance of the sales department
Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Proficiency in analysis skills and providing appropriate solutions to customer complaints
The ability to understand and study the features of the products or services provided by the company that give it an advantage over its competitors
Ability to work alone or as part of a team and lead at times to consolidate goals and intensify efforts towards helping clients
