- Setting project specifications, supervising implementation, receiving architectural and civil finishing works, and quality control work
- Reviewing and auditing the plans and tables of quantities, submitting any existing notes and design or technical proposals to fill those notes, and ensuring that the work carried out is consistent with the plans and recommendations.
- Preparing and following up on periodic reports of ongoing work on projects, ensuring their accuracy and submitting them to management
- Follow up on sample schedules, ensure their conformity, and search for options in terms of technical specifications and prices
- Ensure that all works are implemented and carried out according to the company’s internal specifications and standards, as well as according to the building code and requirements
- Studying the projects in terms of value engineering and providing options and alternatives if needed, without prejudice to the approved general designs and submitting them to the administration for a decision, reviewing and auditing the submitted abstracts.
- Follow up on contractors’ performance in various projects and correct any errors resulting from the project
Operational review and maintenance of facilities under management. This means operating and maintaining any facility under management and supervising it to raise the efficiency of the facilities and reduce expenditure.
- Shortening the duration of project implementation and increasing the efficiency and quality of implementation
- Developing a program of periodic reports and internal evaluations of projects by designing an integrated report that explains the status of projects, their completion rates, and their projection into the general evaluation program for the level of contractors’ work, and ensuring the creation or development of any standards required to evaluate contractors’ work for projects at all stages of project work.
Coordinate with project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and adhering to scope of work
Requirements:
bachelor of Civil Engineering
At least 8 years of experience in the field of civil engineering
