Roles and responsibilities:
- Recording daily entries and following up on the daily accounting operations of the online store
- Matching the statements of accounts of suppliers and shipping companies and verifying their validity and accuracy
- Contribute to matching inventory and following up on cash balances
- Preparing and analyzing bank statements and ensuring that they are consistent and accurate
- Preparing all requirements for quarterly value-added returns for all purchases, sales, and special tax expenditures
- Taking all necessary measures for processing and settlement in coordination with the General Manager and the certified public accountant
- Preparing the necessary reports and analyzes and submitting them to the General Manager
Requirements:
Experience in the field of e-commerce
At least two years of experience as a general accountant in an e-commerce company
Proficiency in using accounting programs, preferably previous experience in a bookkeeping program
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and dealing with the Zakat and Income Tax Authority
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with colleagues and external parties
