Tasks and job description:
- Design, review and approve plans (water supply, sanitation, air conditioning, safety and calculation)
- Establishing preventive schedules for performing maintenance operations on tools and equipment to ensure their continued operation at a high level of efficiency
- Monitoring the performance of various equipment and equipment to ensure that their manufacturing, operation and maintenance adhere to the specifications and terms of agreement contained in the contracts
- Follow up with suppliers and contractors to submit the required documents upon receipt of new supplies and equipment in accordance with approved procedures
- Contribute to determining the highest level and quality of spare parts that must be kept in stock, with the aim of ensuring their availability with minimal expenses
- Coordination with organizational units to ensure that any equipment that stops working is maintained according to the minimum expenses and without interruption to work.
