- Maintaining employee records, updating them, recording personal data for new employees, and ensuring the completeness of submitted documents
- Processing and following up on requests for employment, promotion, transfer and secondment, and collecting additional data when needed
- Recording incidents in the employee’s condition, updating his registered data, saving documents supporting the incidents, and notifying the relevant authorities
- Maintaining the confidentiality of employee data, dealing with it carefully, ensuring that it is not leaked, and circulating it with the concerned parties according to the established instructions
- Preparing employment-related reports and submitting them to specialists
