- Monitoring the level of employee performance and improving the work environment for the employee and the place environment for the visitor
- Develop short-term and long-term plans to improve income levels
- Developing marketing plans that support the goals of senior management in improving the level of income and providing high-quality service to visitors
- Preparing the center’s operational and strategic plans
- Working to solve problems, manage crises, and make decisions
- Supervising the implementation of the marketing plan, sales plan, and customer service, and achieving the center’s quality and excellence standards
- Ensure daily that the SOP plan is implemented in the center
- Working to satisfy children and their families and seeking to transform them into loyal clients of the center
- Supervising media coverage
- Working on recruitment and following up on employee affairs
- Follow up on the operating budget and daily supervise financial reports
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in managing children’s play centers
Bachelor of Management
Experience or skill in managing teams
Proficiency in marketing skills
Discipline and seriousness
Language requirements:
English-good
