- Review all transactions and financial reports to ensure their accuracy and also ensure that accounting records are updated
- Preparing statements, financial statements, tax returns and other reports, based on standard accounting practices
- Provide reports to management on the company's financial position, including trends over time
- Preparing budgets and forecasting future cash flow needs based on expected sales numbers
- Review financial data and statements and recommend amendments to improve the accuracy of financial reports
- Managing payables and receivables, including collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non-payment
- Preparing reports on all financial activities such as sales figures, cash flow forecasts, inventory levels and balance sheets
- Review purchase orders or requests before they are processed to ensure they comply with company policies
- Review financial statements to identify trends, opportunities and risks in order to make strategic business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor of Accounting
Experience in real estate development and contracting activities
