- Use various tools to monitor work hours, plans, expenses and schedule deadlines
- Monitoring the progress of projects and preparing reports on the achievements made on the projects
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and necessary data
- Divide projects into executable actions with appropriate time frames
- Communicate with clients to determine requirements, goals and deadlines
- Distribute tasks to the work team and help manage the schedule
- Ensure that customer needs are met as projects continue to develop
- Preparing periodic reports on the analysis of risks and opportunities
- Supervising procurement management in projects
- Monitor the progress of projects and deal with any problems that arise
- Cooperating with the project manager and providing the necessary support
- Follow up on the issuance of all legal papers such as contracts, terms of agreement, etc
- Create and maintain project documents, plans and reports
- Participate in preparing budgets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
At least 4 years of experience in the field of real estate development
PMP certification is preferred
Practical experience as a project coordinator
Ability to use project management software and tools such as Basecamp and Trello
Proficient in dealing with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner programs
The ability to manage projects and deal with delivery dates in a distinguished manner
Ability to prepare and interpret step-by-step plans and schedules
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance monitoring systems
