- Evaluating and responding to beneficiary needs
- Ensure work is done in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures
- Providing counseling to individuals, families and groups
- Participation in preventive work and awareness activities
- Connecting individuals to services and resources appropriate to their needs
- Communicating with volunteer groups and various services such as health and nursing services to ensure the provision of effective service
- Monitoring the quality of services and ensuring that the service provided is at the highest level
- Collaborate with management in services to ensure obtaining the best possible care
